I'm guessing that a beater bass will fall over quite often and be in constant need of upgrades ... well that's how it works for beater websites anyway.

Well the pups and pre have been upgraded as you can see and read, and there's room for more, but anything else wont improve the sound, AFAICT

Its welcome to fall over anytime it feels like it

I shall fess up though, and say they were sprayed to match the bass, and had water slide decals applied

very nice beater

my beater is a new SX black Jazz bass. It actually plays better than my MIM Fender Jazz lol

it has the best neck of any of my basses,apart from my MIA P with it's fancypants rolled edges, swish !

New pups is all it needs, and not that urgently, even the stock strings sound good. $299
