Can't post an ad.

Hi folks,
I've been tried to post an ad for a bass last night & it took me to a subscribe page, fair enough I thought, so I paid my £20.
It still wouldn't let me, so I thought maybe the function had to be enabled by a moderator, so I left it until this morning to try again, but when I press the post button, it still goes to the subscribe screen.
Can anyone explain why it is still doing this please?
