In the third picture, it looks as though there is a gap between the lower body where it meets the neck? Or is it just a black trim?

Not the OP, but looking at a photo of the under-side of the bass, it seems that there is a black trim either side of the middle/neck portion.

I live in the south of france , and so excuse my poor english.
This bass is build by the CS , sh'e's not a serie ,Shr the one , unique.
I sold them because i look at a Satus bass :-)
