cd_david Posted November 7, 2008 Posted November 7, 2008 (edited) My new bass, Its stunning, and a touch yellower than the pics Edited November 8, 2008 by cd_david Quote
EBS_freak Posted November 7, 2008 Posted November 7, 2008 (edited) Beautiful. Was this the one on eBay? This particular model of bass (20th ann with tort pickguard over quilt top) was the first bass that made me sit up and take notice of gear when I was a youngster. I always vowed I would get one one day. I still haven't got one... but there is still another day I guess. This for me is the ultimate MM Stringray. Enjoy it. It's a beaut! PS show use the sides and the back. I always loved that Les Paul-esque transition from the top to the back. Edited November 7, 2008 by EBS_freak Quote

Delberthot Posted November 10, 2008 Posted November 10, 2008 You'd be hard pushed to change the pickguard on the 20th Stingray - Its glued on! I used to have a 20th & 30th Quote
doctor_of_the_bass Posted November 10, 2008 Posted November 10, 2008 Nice Ray Dave!!! Collection is looking good! I've just got back from Music Live and have now decided that I want at least one brand new Vigier and a Kingbass MkII! Plus I've developed a love of Overwater, following demoing them for The Bass Merchant! Cheers! Nick O Quote
