[/quote] Yes I know what you mean, I too would expect little difference. But with the CTS I find the taper of the volume is much better, certainly where the tone control is concerned also. I don't know if I have a better value capacitor now on the tone (unsure what the previous was), but it appears brighter on the bridge pick up than previous and the tone control gives a better 'Jaco' tone now. Essentially everything sounds smoother now and subtle adjustments have an impact on tonal change. Quote
