0353203 Posted September 29, 2017 Posted September 29, 2017 (edited) Hi All, Up for sale is my all original 1961 Precision bass with its OHSC. Slab board neck and 8.7lbs. A wonderful bass which plays like butter with a low action and dead straight neck - plenty of life left in the frets. It has plenty of mojo with wear to the finish (especially around the lower body edge, lower rear and a patch on the edge of the little horn). Not a case queen by any means. The finish on the neck is well worn in places. Nothing you wouldn't expect from a bass that's been loved and played for well over 50 years. With the recent rosewood regulations these historic and collectable basses are only going to become rarer and therefore more valuable. Asking £8,500 and will also consider part trades plus cash but only for involving vintage Fender. Am currently trying to embed lots more pics !! Cheers, Si Edited October 10, 2017 by 0353203
