Merton
Mark Gooday shared a pic of it on Facebook on Wednesday. I can't seem to link it here though 🤔

Lozz196
Wow, that is an amp that looks like it means the business.
stingrayPete1977
Is it good for metal?
JapanAxe
None more black! Apart from the VU meters, which glow like the eyes of Satan...
Painy
£1099 according to the Ashdown facebook page. Not clear exactly what the difference is from the ABM600 yet though (apart from the compressor isn't there, the addition of the second VU meter on the output and the paint job). Not sure of the purpose of the second meter either. I know they put the meter on the output stage rather than the input on the CL amps so you can see how hard you're pushing the back end but this price point obviously doesn't realistically allow for a valve power stage. Be interesting to find out more detailed specs anyway.
With those looks I`d think it would excell at metal. Be a bit like Vyvyan from the Young Ones jacket, Very Metal. 2elliot
Need more info. Geezer v Evo iv 600... What's the difference?
2elliot
It looks deeper than my EVO iv, maybe 3u? Something different must be lurking inside.
Raggy
I think the drive section has 'more' and the power has been given a bit of an oomph.
Painy
Just stated on facebook that they'll be revealing the full spec online on Tuesday.
tonyxtiger
Great that he can now get that elusive 70s tone now that he’s officially retired from sabbath. Get the DOOM tone by writing DOOM on the amp.
Just to clarify Geezer hasn't died....or to a lesser extent even retired....so there's a good chance he wants tone he's happy with going forwards... Then 'Get the DOOM tone by writing DOOM on the amp.' Kind of... the Doom is in the amp at all times, each amp will be pre loaded with the correct Geezer approved amount of doom before shipping(the most dangerous part of the amp build), then the doom control just varies the overall level of doom.
