Ashdown Superfly 500 head - turn themselves off?

Arrived today - despite the poor service from my local TNT driver..

I'm going to post on a car forum about the rattling noise coming from my car's engine and see if Vauxhall comment and offer to replace the engine for me for free despite it being a previous model that I bought used.
I suspect the outcome wouldn't be quite the same as it was here.

Glad to hear that you got a good result from your interactions with Ashdown.

It's a pity that they couldn't be so accommodating for all their Superfly users in the past :-((

Ashdown seem to have become quite good at customer service over the last few years.
I emailed them several years ago to enquire about purchasing a new battery cover for a compressor pedal.
I got back a very short email back pretty much saying "Not a chance".
