SisterAbdullahX
As an owner of one of their great basses and bass amps I can truly say this is a sad day! https://www.facebook.com/carvinaudio/posts/1208629359280670
SisterAbdullahX
Apparently it's just the pro-audio division which separated from Carvin, so Carvin and Keisel guitars and basses not effected. Not sure if bass amps effected or just the p.a. gear.
fleabag
If its bass amps, i'll hang on to my Carvin BX1600 for another 45 years and it'll be a vintage must have for mucho moolah
Meypelnek
Perhaps we now see why they separated some years ago.
Mcgiver69
As the owner of a BX500 I can say I'm truly sad, great amps with lots of power and tonal options. I think I'll get another as backup.

Mastodon2
They obviously knew the writing was on the wall when they split the company, they must have been losing too much money. That said, I'm sad the Carvin name is gone, Kiesel doesn't have the same meaning, not to mention the new direction Kiesel are taking involves some pretty greasy tactics. it's a real shame. vsmith1
I've just sold my BX700. I'm in two minds whether I'm sad or relieved.
