Purports to be a Jaydee Celeste 5 string - it's not real though is it?

If it is then it looks like Jaydee simply couldn't be arsed with 5 strings and were trying to put people off.

The body looks like a Celeste - remember John builds customs so if the order was for a Fender/MM style headstock then this is what he'll build. Why not contact John directly - I'm sure he'll remember this.
