project_c Posted October 20, 2017 Share Posted October 20, 2017 Ok, here's a weird problem, no idea where to even start with this one, so let's see if anyone here knows anything about this. Moved house recently, had to switch to Virgin from BT. Since using Virgin, some plugins that *I think* may need an internet connection (iLok stuff for example) have stopped working. My internet connection is fine, and working without problems, BUT plugins that need to check in via the internet tell me there is no connection. I thought this was an iLok problem, but then I tried to run a demo of TwoNotes Torpedo from Logic just now, and it's also telling me there is no internet connection. Meanwhile, other apps that need to check in - Adobe CC for example - are fine and connecting as they should. 2011 iMac running El Capitan, everything else working without issues. pete.young Posted October 22, 2017 Share Posted October 22, 2017 Have you also changed routers? If so you might need to open up some more ports on the firewall to enable the connection.
