frannie01
Hi My bh250 packed up a few months back. I've been to 2 repairers who've said that due to the digital nature of the amp it couldn't be repaired by them and would have to go back to TC has anyone else had a similar problem Thanks Paul
Thunderbird
Real electronic do tc repairs they just put a whole new inside in if it is the common oil cap pop these amps suffer from
JapanAxe
I think the Class D module is beyond many repairers to fix. But it's not digital
Woodinblack
Agreed- they are not digital, but you need access to custom parts. However, they are available and I have a friend who has repaired a couple, without too much trouble, so I don't know why an amplfier repair place would have trouble with them, unless it just wasn't worth their while. geoham
Good chance it’s nothing to do with your fault, but there was a recall on these a while back...may be worth getting in touch with them. http://www.tcelectronic.com/bh250/bh250-product-recall/
frannie01
Hi I have the same problem and the same response from 2 repairers in the the Dorset area apparently Absolute music can fix it as they use and have to service the amps in their rehearsal rooms
