Burns-bass Posted October 28, 2017 Posted October 28, 2017 (edited) I went to a Christian McBride solo recital l (unamplified) last year and it was incredible. His technique is just insanely good. The only problem was that my wife fell asleep. She wasn’t the only one either, a few in the crowd did too. Shame really. Anyway, will check I this out, cheers! NickA Posted November 1, 2017 Posted November 1, 2017 Well, nice to know I'm doing all the right things ....but still don't sound anything like Christian McBride :¬( he doesn't move his hand much and says not to pull the string back like you're firing an arrow ...but the string certainly moves a lot!
