scrumpymike
Looking for some feedback from anybody who's played a Gillett electro-acoustic bass. What do you think of the playability, sounds and looks, and what sort of stuff are you using it for? If you bought one, what made you do it - or if you didn't, what stopped you? Thanks, Mike
yorks5stringer
Didn't you try one yourself at the Bash, or are you looking a buying one?

dyerseve
Not tried one but heard they're "the best a man can get"... 😂
Pinball
I tried the fretted and fretless at the bash and was very impressed. The build and electrics were exceptional..which meant the sound was too. I also had a quick try on one in Hobgoblin in Bristol...seemed really good to me. They are not my thing though to be honest as I have never hankered after anything other than a solid electric.
