Millenium (Thomann own brand) 4 Channel headphone amp with some neat features:

• 4 indepent Stereo or Mono input channels.
• 4 output channels, each with their own volume control.
• Each output channel can select from any of the 4 inputs, so you can easily share a signal between any of the channels or give someone a choice of monitor mixes.
• Line outputs on each output channel.
  

Boxed with manual and mains lead.

In excellent condition, it has been used twice from new.

No, it just does the switching, the idea being that your mixer does the mixing I think
