mr zed Posted November 6, 2017 Posted November 6, 2017 (edited) These came on a precision I bought off here. Great strings but lacking the bite I like from roundwounds. La Bella call them white but they are actually transparent. You can see the stainless steel core through them. Cut for a Precision or Jazz and in good condition. Plenty of life left in them. I believe these are the standard gauge - .060, .070, .094, .115. £15 inc postage. I don't have the original packaging. Edited November 7, 2017 by mr zed
adriansmith247 Posted November 6, 2017 Posted November 6, 2017 Do you still have them? I'll take them if so
mr zed Posted November 6, 2017 Author Posted November 6, 2017 Hi Adrian, yep, still here. I'll send you a PM.
kevin_lindsay Posted November 6, 2017 Posted November 6, 2017 I tried out a set of these on a custom built Chris McIntyre bass last week at Chris' workshop in Edinburgh. Great sounding strings. Really full, but not dull like the LaBella black tape strings. There white / clear strings still have loads of definition.
