Keep Trace Elliot 1215 200 watt ?

I have one of the older style TE combo's at home & was wondering on replacing it (still leaning towards TE) with something that had multiple smaller speakers, like a 4X8 or something, would this give me a better sound in a home enviroment than just 1x15 ?
I would also consider going for a smaller combo (would still like a 12 band eq) as I don't use all of the 200w.

I'd keep it and buy something tiny for home use. All big amps tend to sound a bit rubbish in the house, I find. I practice through a small mixer and some powered speakers.

I use Trace for gigs and a little Marshall B25 combo for home.
With a bit of tweaking I can get very close to 'my sound' out of the little Marshall... and they are pretty cheap (and light).
