Bridge from a 4 string Sandberg bass that I had on a project Jazz Bass for a while but is now surplus to requirement now, very nice bit of kit.

I might possibly trade for a lightweight chrome Hipshot Type A bridge.

Is this a direct Fender replacement?

I don't think the screw holes are exactly the same location as on the Fender.
