Hi all, Due to being unable to play for health reasons I am Sadly having to sell My collection of Bass guitars 4 IN TOTAL

1) I have a 1980 aria pro 2 sb1000 including original hard case in immaculate condition, 2) a 1977 aria jazz bass sunburst complete with original hard bodied case.
With polished string mute and bridge covers it has white mop inlays and is passive immaculate conditon.
3) an 1982 Aria pro 2 sb400 custom short scale black with 2 cream pups passive good condition couple of small dings
But not too bad and not through to bare wood or anything its hard to see them .

4)An Aria pro 2 laser electric classic Sb with active pups in a nice paduk red colour in excellent condition. with hard case.
Also I have an ashdown electric blue 180 combo bass amp mint condition about 1 year old.
If anyone is Intersested in the complete collection please let me know Due to postage and amount of items/ weight it would
Be better if any potential buyer collects due to weight postage etc..
I know I have not put prices on any of the items but i have a rough idea of the least i would let them all go for.
Regards.
i don't think he meant he wanted to sell them all as a group, he was just saying if someone was to buy the lot (unlikely), it would be easier for them to collect.

Also pics and prices would help them sell faster, good luck.

sorry about your health problems by the way :)
Thanks for comments guys much appreciated.
I know it is quite unlikely but I do want to sell them all , as id rather they all went as one sale and a resonable offer made.

Sorry to hear such a story gsm.. That's a fine collection by the way!!

If you do decide to sell them seperately for any reason, then I'd be interested to know more about the short-scale Aria.. Otherwise, best of luck with your sale and more importantly, your health!

I do think if you sell them separately you'll get a very positive response - there's a lot of interest in vintage 70s & 80s Japanese basses, and Matsumoku-made Arias like yours were pretty much top of the heap. I'd certainly like to know more about the Jazz copy (Aria copies are pretty unusual in the UK) and the SB400.

What Nik said, and I'd be interested in the De Armond.....
I agree with the above comments about splitting the collection. If you did, I'd be interested in the single-pup neck through so long as it's not short-scale - not sure what the model number is....

Cheers,

Pluck
The neck thru single pup bass is an aria pro2 sb1000 from 1980

Hi Jon, The jazz bas sis a1540 jb made in 1977 is passive ,as in my pic its on the matsukomo site under aria basses f****r copies and the tsb 400 custom is pictured on same site
the jazz has original hard case, The tsb 400 has twin cream pups and passive olso its a short scale bass, It has a few dings but is a players bass
And is quite a rarity as is the jazz.
Hope this helps.
Didn't realise you were selling as a job-lot. As that's the case I'll need to pass.
I was thinking that for postage cost weight etc it would be better if someone who was interested in all the basses
it would be easier for everyone but due to advice and comments from forum members I am now
selling them Individually , sorry if I caused confusion in my original posting.
