Has anybody seen anywhere that sells a black jazz guard cut to fit a precision pickup? I can't find anywhere that sells them, not even fender!

Also Simm's custom shop do them. I'm considering sending mine in for them to copy it.
Ah that's handy, thanks!

Axesrus have pretty stellar customer service too in my experience!
Anyone know where i can get scratchplates for a fender american vintage 75 jazz reissue..trying to find tortoise ones of different colours..

Any ideas?
For my 1999 MIA Jazz, I got one from WD that fitted very well but you need to check very carefully which is the correct one for your bass. The thread about it is here including links to WD.

I have one FS in the 'other' (non-bass, non-amp) section of Marketplace - its an as-new 1962 RI Jazz tort scratchplate - http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=31347&hl=tort

However I don't know if this fits a 75 RI

Selling for £25 posted versus new cost of about £40 from Fender (and over £30 from WD)

Cheers Clarky
