Email Issues!

If you're using Hotmail/outlook/live then please make sure to whitelist the email (mark as not spam) that will allow our new server to build reputation with Microsoft so that we don't face this in the future.

All other providers are working as expected as far as we're aware

If you're just using hotmail.com click "settings" over on top right. Choose "options" then scroll down to "safe senders" and add basschat.co.uk to the list.

 

I just done that now so will keep an eye on it.

Hi Charic, not wanting to appear daft here but how do you whitelist an email, do I have to wait for an email from Basschat in order to be able to whitelist it?

Just when you get an email mark it as "not spam"

Marked "not spam" lwhen I first noticed BC alerts were going to "junk mail" folder.  Just discovered things are still going to junk mail.

If you're using a web version (Outlook.com etc) the Safe Senders list is under Options -> Junk email.
