Schecter Apocalypse Bass range

Guys, just seen these and they will be out at NAMM i think

4 string, 4 string baritone (35” scale) and a 5er, wither new J Bucker pick ups.

Rumour on the streets is Schecter have invested heavily of late to get back up to speed.

personally I think they look badass!

I've never considered a Schecter, but stumbled across the Diamond J5 this morning. Has quality hardware and a 35" scale, on the face of it, it looks like it could be worth a try.

Schecter make some lovely looking gear, these look great!

The ones I’ve tinkered with in places like PMT have always felt really well finished with quality hardware, though I’ve never played one plugged in. Wouldn’t mind a bash on one of these.

Always fancied the Omen range - almost pulled the trigger on one but opted for my Vampyre instead.

I am a big fan of Schecter (well, at least the C4 that is my main bass).

These new ones look very cool, will be interested to see how they go down.

Man that is one amazing looking bass.

Doesn't seem to be any information on the pickups though.

Carbon reinforced, laminate, set neck; 35" scale, series/parallel switching, ebony fretboard.....this ticks a lot of boxes for me.

Personally, I'd have paired it with a mahogony body, but I appreciate cost and weight would play a factor in the marketing and design.

I had an Omen 4, build quality was superb and far better than certain well known makes for the money.

@thegummyon sweetwater in the US they are retailing at about $1100.

I haven’t found any info on their proprietary pick ups yet

These look superb. I was interested in the 2018 satin black Gibson EB5, but this has piqued my interest even more!
