Clearing for re-entry...

Hello all. After a protracted Lurkathon, I thought I'd show myself. I was around at "the old place" a couple of years ago and am glad to see some of the old heads here and all the newer faces. I'm really delighted to see these boards growing mightily from the friendlyish club to the, er, throbbing and pulsating collection of members it is. As ever, am quite awed by the sheer breadth of knowledge there is here; long may it continue to be a splendid resource of rich info and no-nonsenseness.
Without wishing to incur volleys of spluttering expectoration, I have to say that I chiefly play,...umm, the things that look like a bass but smaller...yet in my defence I confess that my only bass has been a mainstay of my recording that I never need to worry about.
You can see the bass amidst the happy family group enclosed.
I have to say at this point that this Status has always proved itself more than extremely able to coupe le moutarde in any situation I've put it..and yet I'm offering it for trade shortly in the For Sale section.
See my sig if you fancy a listen to the magnum opus I've taken 3 years to complete: the Status S2 Classic 5-er appears on every track that has bass.
I've also included a pic of my bass for those who fancy a closer look.

Hi Shaun

A nice collection of, er, a bass there!

No, seriously - that's a really nice bass which you should sell or trade quickly on here, or here:- http://www.statii.com/forum/forum/viewforum.php?forum_id=9

Did you play all the instruments on your album? - sounds pretty good.

Oh, and welcome to the forums! :)

Why thank you sir! Was it Chris who did a splendid job with the Stati(sic) site?
Yes, I played the lot: I say "played"...meaning I definitely played the guitars and bass, definitely but with 30 takes or so and overdubs played the keys, and definitely programmed the midi or told Cakewalk Session Drummer what to do for drums/percussion.
(Ah...a drummer that one only needs to punch the information into the once!) :)
