dyerseve
Seems very cheap for such a stunning high-end Spector? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Stuart-Spector-USA-Bass-NS-JH5-Spalted-Maple-5-String/173029338650?_trkparms=aid%3D777003%26algo%3DDISCL.MBE%26ao%3D2%26asc%3D49129%26meid%3De4fa18ae4df84ab086a2999fb4524833%26pid%3D100012%26rk%3D6%26rkt%3D12%26sd%3D152796589701&_trksid=p2047675.c100012.m1985
spectoremg
I don't think that's an NS - it doesn't have the curved body. Not sure that's spalted maple either - just very grainy.
Mudpup
Second last picture shows the curved body and the bridge pictures show it too. Its def spalted maple. I've played a couple of those and i seem to remember they weren't quite as curved as a Euro. Looks real to me. Its got a few lumps out of it and I've seen them go for £1500 in good nick so £1000 is a good deal if you don't want a minter. spectoremg
Pic no.8 defo shows a cutaway on the top of the body and I'd say that's a flat face on the front.
Bigwan
Not well up on Spector model names, but I've seen this model before as a US version. Don't think there's anything suspicious about this one. The spalted maple looks similar to a top I had on a Washburn guitar.
cetera
Nothing wrong with this. It's a completely legit US Spector. It's not a standard NS2/NS4/NS5 shape or pickup configuration.... but that doesn't mean it's not a US Spector or part of their NS range. Bargain right there.
