Second last picture shows the curved body and the bridge pictures show it too. Its def spalted maple. I've played a couple of those and i seem to remember they weren't quite as curved as a Euro. Looks real to me. Its got a few lumps out of it and I've seen them go for £1500 in good nick so £1000 is a good deal if you don't want a minter.

Not well up on Spector model names, but I've seen this model before as a US version. Don't think there's anything suspicious about this one. The spalted maple looks similar to a top I had on a Washburn guitar.

Nothing wrong with this. It's a completely legit US Spector. It's not a standard NS2/NS4/NS5 shape or pickup configuration.... but that doesn't mean it's not a US Spector or part of their NS range.

Bargain right there.
