Is the neck "thinner" or narrower or both?

Scott Devine says the NM is his favourite Precision, and says what he likes is the nut width being a compromise between the Precision and jazz width.

He didn't mention the thickness though.

It’s actually narrower rather than thinner so Scott’s right with his description.
