Bass Stolen in Leicester

Hey everyone!
I've been advised to make a post here about this,
Unfortunately last night, my Fender Jazz Bass was stolen from my mates car in Leicester. 
It was MIM, white finish with a maple neck. The scratch plate had been switched out to a white pearl look. And also had DiMarzio clip lock straps installed on the body.

I don't have picture of the serial code (lesson learned). But it was in a black flight case too.

I know it's a long shot, but if anyone sees or hears anything, and info would be so appreciated! Thanks!

I'd be looking in every crack convertors within a decent radius, not online, regardless of what some people say they know exactly what goes on and don't list 'certain' items online.

Terrible and entirely the fault of the criminal, but yet another reminder that one should never leave an instrument unattended in a vehicle. Don't do it! Ever!
