ben4343
Considering the relative frequency of folks looking for an always-on mild overdrive, I am a bit surprised to have not seen this mentioned yet. A low gain/transparent drive from EQD, with bass and treble knobs rather than a blend, and a drive stage that goes from barely there to surprisingly heavy. I am sorely tempted, but she ain't cheap... Anyone had a punt yet?

dannybuoy
Bear in mind that all the demos done by the second guy basically sound the same as he is going into a distorted Line6 SVT model for recording! Does sound good though, but I'll never forget the B7K demo he did where the first 5 seconds had an awesome overdrive tone... then he turned the pedal on! Cue guffaws, twirling of moustaches, brandishing of cigars and quaffing of brandy A good point to consider for sure... Banging playing in any case.
