TheGreek
These tubes are faulty and sold for spare parts or repairs only. One is completely dead, the other one is very unstable. Bargain...
T-Bay
I dont get it, do the muppet sellers think they are fixable?
TheGreek
Maybe they hope the buyer won't know...only £135 too.
obbm
I had a look to see if it could be reported but Ebay don't have any reporting categories that cover this.

Why, what's wrong with the advert? People sell things "for parts or not working" all the time, for example search for any popular mobile phone and there will be a number of non-working phones which one might salvage for parts for another. Phones are a PITA to try and fix, they're so fiddly (but do-able), I am unsure if valves can be fixed without special tools (like, something to generate the vacuum if the insides were taken to bits) but I don't see the adverts as breaking any rules. As far as I am aware valves can't be fixed except in a very specialised facility. He is basically selling rubbish and some poorr gullible soul will be taken in to the tune of £135.
paul_c2
A fool and his cash are easily parted. Especially on eBay.
