Ok, probably a bit mild for some tastes, but heard this, of all places on the in-store Tesco radio station today (they play a lot of good stuff). I think this has a fabulous groove, albeit a very laid back one. 

Also a nice cover of it by Earl Klugh:

Not heard this before but seeing MM is on bass sold it to me. Good stuff👍

A great tune and both versions hit the spot with me.

Earl Klugh's version has Louis Johnson on Bass, Steve Gadd on Kit and of course, Dave Grusin's lovely subtle string arrangement.
