Tried to upload the original, anyway, the quality of the playing, arrangements and studio engineering is just peachy on these early 80's dance tunes...love it tho this remix is a bit crisper, still cool tho. Mykesbass
Sorry, not going through all 47 pages to check if this has been posted before. Heard it yesterday on my local Tesco in store radio - they play some great stuff. Anyway, a classic mellow groove from Billy Paul.

bubinga5
Just the guitar riff on its own is a classic. One of the greatest soul funk records ever recorded.

bubinga5
Its Incognito.........Of course the players are going to be world class. I never could work out who the bass player was. I think its Ernie Mckone. Who ever it is its utterly mind bending.

dmccombe7
Not sure why i haven't seen this thread before. Amazing songs on here. Always enjoyed this kind of music but i've never really understood where the boundaries were, if any. I have a few albums that i've always thought verged on soul, funk or groove but was afraid to ask. Some like Incognito have already been posted. Liking this thread so far but at 47 pages its gonna take me a while to go thru them all Dave
Leonard Smalls
Heard this on the Craig Charles show yesterday, and surprisingly, considering it's modern R'n'B, I like it. as Mr Charles says, it's got a wiggle!
