will4bass Posted January 27, 2018 Posted January 27, 2018 (edited) Great early Fodera NYC (1996). Plays like butter and sounds clear as maple can with a strikingly smoothness and warm full organic bass. Fully original with Lane Poor pick ups and D-tuner. Low action, no fret buzz, truss rod and electronics are working perfectly. Optically there are two spots: at the side some playing wear and a crack in the finish around the controlling area. Nothing that influences sound or playability. This bass has that Fodera vibe, whatever that is: it is a 100% Fodera. Other than the later NYC’s this very early NYC was built entirely by Fodera in New York. Open for trades (Sadowsky, Alleva Coppolo, WAL, Fender 70’s maple Precision, Pangbourne, Ampeg SVT3 Pro, Sadowsky SA200...) Edited January 17, 2019 by will4bass 1
