Help, do you know that connector type?

Looks like it is.

The connector block and pins come separately and there are a number of different designs.

This one doesn't have the captive bar that yours has but I'm sure some further examination on t'Interweb unearth the correct ones.

Is it fubar'd or can you reused the connector block and just buy the pins if it's a wiring issue?

As BassBunny has said the best bet will be to extract the pins from the connector housing and make up a new wire lead. The pins are held in place with a small latch and if you use something like the end of an unfolded paperclip to push on the latch the pin can then be extracted. 

This is the approach I've used many times in the past and it's worked a treat.
