Craig Martini

Hi

I photographed the Paul Gilbert (ex Mr Big etc etc) gig in Manchester last night, great bass player, Craig Martini, anyone ever heard of him before? He was on it with Mr Gilbert, playing insane runs note for note with the ex Mr Big guy!
This sort of gig ain't normally my bag, but enjoyed it, probably due to some great bass playing, plus, PG is a thenominal guitarist!

dont know the bassist, he was using a guy called 'linus of hollywood' previously, who is also phenomenal!

Paul is off the richter scale with his playing as well as being a real decent bloke!

I was at that gig too, Paul Gilbert was pretty damn good, glad he played Scarified.

Was the keyboard player his wife or daughter or something? She was pretty good (apart from using a really generic piano sample), drummer was really good too.

That guy is INCREDIBLE. That live session they did where they're all dressed as astronauts is an immense watch!
