cd_david Posted February 5, 2018 Share Posted February 5, 2018 (edited) I’ve just finished a restoration on this bass but in my usual untimely fashion, have been offered another ‘must have’ bass. This was badly painted black which I had stripped by David Wilson Guitars who also plugged the holes left by the thumb rest and bridge cover. The bass is now back to its original gold top finish but has some visual blemishes. I’ve upgraded the tuners from stock to Grover 142s the bass is strung with flats and plays great. Please see the pictures of the bass before and after, any questions please ask.
