Great bridge in excellent condition.  Direct replacement for Fender/Squier BBOT (this uses holes 1, 3 and 5).  No screws I’m afraid.

Not sure tbh, but it’s not super lightweight so I’d guess at brass (not 100% though)

I didn’t notice any difference from the original BBOT on my Squier, so I’d say it’s 19mm.
