FinnDave
SOLD This bass weighs 4,230 grams ready to play, according to both our new kitchen scales and my old fishing scales. I am reluctant to post/courier this, so would prefer collection or a meet up. I live between Abingdon and Witney in West Oxfordshire, and the bass can be tried here through my gigging amp and cab. There is nothing to fault on this bass, it plays beautifully, sounds tremendous, and is perfectly set up (I had the bass set up by Smart Guitars of Oxford). I am selling it simply because I have three other US Standard Precisions, and really need to release some of the money I have tied up in equipment as well as gain some space in our small house. Why am I selling this one rather than one of the others? Simple! The guitarist in one of my bands insists that I never sell my 2012 white Precision as he loves the sound (to be honest, I think all of my Precisions sound the same!) and the other two are sunburst, and I love sunburst! Black is a cool colour, but I prefer the others, simply on their looks. Sale only, no trades, as I need to end up with less stuff after selling the basses I currently have advertised. Pictures attached, they don't really show a lot, it's not easy photographing a shiny black bass! Edited February 13, 2018 by FinnDave

I know, I know...but the house is full of basses, so I've got 3 up for sale to clear some room and let me concentrate on playing the damn things! If I can get down to three Precisions and my old Jazz bass, I'll feel comfortable.
