Light weight, with semi-rigid sides and panels, half way between a hard case and gig bag. Very good condition, all straps and buckles are there. One or two slight scratches on rubbery bits. Has three good sized compartments. A good case for longer walks, I found the shoulder plus chest straps made it very comfortable, even with a fairly heavy bass inside.
