Anyone recommend a good musicians stool? I'm spending hours a day rehearsing and learning and can't stand for all of it. My dining room chair is feckin uncomfortable.

There's loads of good ones that have a guitar stand built in. And Ashdown do that one which is a cushion on top of a cab...

Thank you.

I bought a drum throne, so it's seat-shaped and has a backrest. It was quite  expensive but it gets used a lot and is completely adjustable. It was the Roc and Soc one as recommended by my drummer and it works for me.

Yup, same here. Great idea and folds away fairly easily!

I bought a good one for the Mrs when she broke a bone in her foot and couldn't stand and sing all night -

foot got better and i kept the seat - check Thomann.de

It was £100 + but it is a good one fully adjustable and great for sitting gigs because you can be higher than  the standard chairs provided, mine has a back important if you need to sit for a whole concert, see below

Steal .... Errr, Re-locate one from your local pub?

Speaking as someone who used to own a pub and therefore had to buy the bloody things I'll pretend I didn't hear that! :D

This. Not cheap, but will do the job properly.

I've used an ironing stool for a while ("stole"  it from my mother a very long time ago), so you are sitted, but almost still standing and in a comfortable position. Quite cheap if you want to buy one. B|

Gibraltar drum throne. Costly but worth every penny. I use mine for guitar, bass and piano as I suffer from back pain. Mine is shaped like an old fashioned scooter seat. But better padded.
