Seymour Duncan - Quarterpounder EQ

Hi all ,

Was wondering if anybody could help , I have seymour duncans on my bass and am finding the tone although good and punchy to be a little mid shy , what would make the most difference to the mids on this pup , boosting high mids or low mids. Also does anybody have any suggested eq settings , I am used to a bit more honk in my sound, any suggestions appreciated

In a live situation I always boost my high mids for my Precisons with SD QPs and cut a little on the low mids

I replaced my stock Squier P bass pick-up with a SD 1/4 pounder. I used 500 K pots and a .47 cap. Seems to have a pretty good tonal range. The 250 K pots were to bassy
