lowdown
Like him or dislike him. Mark King has good phrasing and timing while doing both.
lowdown
Rhonda Smith sings well. From the album ‘RS2’. She sings on most tracks. Vocals come in around 1:25. Edited February 17, 2018 by lowdown

el borracho
Curt Smith - always loved the Head Over Heels bassline (although I don't think he just sang the lead vocal on that one)
Painy
The very lovely Yolanda Charles. Pete Vuckovic (3 Colours Red) Mark Hoppus. Peter Steele. This chap is also a fairly decent bass player too by all accounts:

Delberthot
I was surprised how many songs Gene Simmons sang when I saw them live last year - plus Paul Stanley has been responsible for many of the recorded bass lines, my favourite being I was Made for Loving You. Flea has "sung" a couple of Chilis tunes including Pea and the outro for Deep Kick both on One Hot Minute And how could we forget Graham Gouldman? What a talent

Fozza
Colin Moulding of XTC. Jah Wobble and Peter Hook were bass players only at first but then sang with their own projects (Invaders of the Heart, Revenge, Monaco, etc) Blues songwriting legend Willie Dixon was also a bassist and singer (and guitarist but we won't hold that against him).
