Peavey MAXX pre amp

I've listed this before. Its a Peavey MAXX bass preamp.
Has two channels, one valve, one solid state. a variable crossover. lots of outputs and things. its rather cool - used it in a friends studio for a long time and it served well.
Its rather scratched on the top and bottom, but once its in a rack it looks ok. Just shows its age i guess. Its been looked after anyway.

But it must go. Not used it since about late 2005, so its sitting in a cupboard.

Looking for 150 quid, but am also looking for any one of the following:

Aguilar GS112 or GS112 NT - will poke some extra cash your way obviously
a Mixing desk, power amp or speakers that will do for a 3 piece pub band.

Cheers

Would like something like another acoustic guitar or an ok bass, or some sort of strat or tele like thing (mind you, I'll be prepared to part with some cash too if something decent is about), or something else - possibly not even guitar related - who knows (dare i say that...?. Make me an offer. It really is a shame for it to be sitting unused. Cheers :)[/quote]

How about a 7005 road bike frame, very good condition, with new carbon forks? Or an Eminence Kappa Pro 15LF driver, nearly new (<3 hours use)?

Are you still looking for interesting trades, or would you like to suggest a price for cash?

Interested in a nice classical guitar just restrung with a set of d'Addarios? But we need some idea of what you think the preamp is worth.

Apologies to both ben_eat_pie and shiSEERKIND for never seeing your posts when you put them up back in December!

I have re-listed this Pre-amp now. Not sure what the tube in it is, but I do have a Groove Tube 12AX7 kicking around too.

Cheers

I absoloutly agree. My friend used it in his recording studio a while back to record some metal bands bass player and the results were very nice.
