Neck full graphite.

A real UFo from the 80's.

I do like this, whats this present business all about, does that bit on the back need to be connected to something??

The bit on the back is slotted into place, then the knob on the front cycles between six presets available on that module. Originally, there would have been other modules available which you could swap for more sounds. The idea was taken forward and built into later instruments, albeit with only one built in module. Very flexible and fantastic sound.

No way! This is incredible, what an amazing bass! After looking at Ped's basses, I'd love to get my hands on this. I'm considering selling some of my other gear, so if it's still about when I have the money I'll be very very tempted!

I've always had a soft spot for the graphite necked Vigiers and this is obviously a bit special.

But please tell me those aren't  plastic plugs covering the redundant control knob holes....please.....

They aren’t in the same place as the standard knobs would be so I assume is something to do with holding the ROM unit in place. Possibly magnetic? Anyway I believe this bass is now sold :)
