Bassassin
Immaculately performed but - the chances are those kids' parents weren't born when that album was released, in 1976. That just feels really odd...
Skybone
Odd or not, it's good to see. And young people, being disenfranchised by some sort of dystopian future??? Nah... wouldn't resonate with them at all.....

Balrog68
Probably not much younger than Rush when they wrote it.

Barking Spiders
I dont think even the most die hard Rush fans could say they've ever been considered cool or fashionable, so it is quite strange seeing young kids covering their stuff, as it might've have been if they decided to have played a set of material by The Enid or Barclay James Harvest. Not bad just unexpected

Woodinblack
That was great, I generally hate those 'kids do..' videos, but that was great (and closer to adults then kids). Not sure why it would be odd though, yoofs are always doing beatles and stones stuff, which their grandparents weren't probably alive when it was made (well, not around here anyway!) Perhaps the real reason that rock music is becoming less relevant these days is because it is turning into classical music.
NancyJohnson
I don't get the feeling these 'kids' are actually as young as we think they are...that bass player is playing bars in Cincinnati.
wateroftyne
Is rock music becoming less relevant? Maybe it is, but remember The Pistols? Nirvana? Oasis? It'll come round again. It always does.
