Westone thunder 1A and unbranded P-bass

Thinning out my basses for a new project.

1. Westone Thunder 1A bass around 1984/1985 (s/n 5111318) Made in Japan at the MATSUMOKU FACTORY.

You all know the score with these basses, so I won't write too much


-18V active circuit (two 9V batteries)
-Series /parallel pick up switching
-Active/passive modes
-good array of usable sounds
-my teenage fantasy bass..tut

Good condition for age (around 23 years old) plays fine some dings(a couple on the top rear of the headstock) and scratches consistent with age but nothing major.

Supplied with original manual

Any trial a great bass for the money and future classic!!

2. No name P-bass, 1970's made in Japan or Korea


Was sourced in the U.S.A a few years ago,possibly rare model never seen another in the U.K...(only one a while ago on Ebay.com)


-Ash body
-maple on maple neck
-Recent set up and new pick-ups
- Tuners are original and functional, but i would upgrade them.


Good player + unique bass, good for the money
