TheGreek
For your authentic 80s Fender bass https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Original-80s-Fender-Bass-Flight-Case/142678997043?hash=item213854b833:g:3v0AAOSweLBadvTc
Happy Jack
£80 for a generic hard case? If that's genuine Fender then there should either be a silver Fender logo, or a mark where the logo used to be. There's neither. It's not really a flight case either ...
TheGreek
I mailed the seller. There seems to be some confusion whether this is a genuine Fender case or if it's just a generic Bass case. I'm told that if it was a Fender case it would have a silver Fender logo. Please clarify. Here's their response: There’s no fender branding on it, but it is a fender case... you’re welcome to have a look at it. The newer fender cases have the branding but some (if not all) vintage ones do not. Fender sold these bases with the cases (and still do with the USA ones, though this cane with the Japanese model). Hope this helps
yorks5stringer
Looks very similar to mine which also does not have branding, but came with my 72 Telebass.
Nibody
Looks like the generic case you can pick up from Flightcase Warehouse. Maybe the original supplier was just casing basses not necessarily with fender cases.
