Exceptional instruments!.. lovely to see one here, and a great shame that the Co. didn't continue long after Greg died so prematurely. I had an XT-33 / 5 IEP years back, bought directly from Greg. He once left a message for me (answering-machine, with a mini-tape!) which I had to take to work and have a USA colleague interpret - Greg's S,.Carolina twang was so strong (!). Adding some photos :-

following this trend (hope not a problem for the OP), here's some scanned copies (prints) of friends' fretted 5 & 6 back in Singapore. Both are IEP/carved tops:-

other than 33" scale, what are the specs for the seven string beauty?

- String spacing?
- Neck profile?
- Weight?
- Sale only, or open for trade?

Very nice piece of wooden art...!

I don't think it'll be 33" scale - the XT33 refers to the eXTended range of 33 frets (or, in this case 33 positions - no frets; or lines)

Hi there !

As eubassix  pointed out the 33 refers to the fingerboard length (there would be 33 frets).

Its a 34" scale and weighs 6 kilos (It's a man's bass for sure).

The string spacing is adjustable between 17 to 19 mm.

The neck profile is a flat D I'd say - a fast neck so to speak.

I prefer to sell it but i'm open to anything in the same ballpark.

Cheers

Oooops!
Nothing for my old slipped disc and back surgery then... ;)

Anyway, good luck with the sale. Now with the additional info someone will take it.
