Blimey! you'd be pretty p'd off if you bought it without knowing about that amount of damage, by removing those of yours from their listing it's an obvious case of deception in my opinion.

Unless they had it refinished, which I doubt. By the way, I didn’t cause the damage. I purchased it knowing the full extent of the condition. Damage aside, it does play and sound great.

The damage wouldn't bother me at all, I've owned basses in a lot worse condition. When you sold it you rightly showed the damaged areas

I think there's a Report option to say that a seller has used your pictures.

One of the photos still shows the crack in the lacquer around the upper cutaway, but it could be taken for a reflection.
