I had this email from Amazon earlier. I had one of these, I can’t honestly remember what I did with it though.

Has anyone had a new unit sent to them yet? I did the online form etc and have heard nothing back at all. The landline number on their website is disconnected and the mobile number goes straight to answer phone. I'm gigging in Poole soon so I might pop by and see if the business is actually still open.

I had a pretty quick response to an email so I think all is probably well. They said they were still waiting for replacement units.

I spoke to the retailer from which I purchased mine and was given the strong impression (although they obviously didn't state this explicitly) That I shouldn't worry.

I think Diago got bought out or something by JHS...
