I've had it for a couple of years and used it a fair bit but its fully functional, just a few superficial scratches. It has velcro attached (hook side, see pics). I have the original box with instructions, rubber feet, bag of screws and stuff (don't know what they're for), and power connector (just the connector bit, not a full power supply).
